Required for SAA accreditation for grid-connected battery design & install work.
This course will also provide electricians and electrical engineers with the qualifications allowing them to obtain accreditation from the Solar Accreditation Australia (SAA), granting access to incentives offered by the Federal Government for grid-connect photovoltaic and grid-connected battery systems.
This course provides the skills to understand site surveys, energy audits, design, install, set up, test, fault find, repair and maintain grid-connected photovoltaic systems, battery storage systems and the associated equipment.
This course is for licenced electricians and electrical engineers who are looking to obtain accreditation from the Solar Accreditation Australia (SAA)

It is a requirement that to undertake this course, you MUST already hold a current unrestricted electrical licence issued in an Australian state or territory.

This course includes the prerequisite unit UEERE0061 Design grid-connected photovoltaic power supply systems.
If this unit has already been completed in previous courses, for example the Solar Design & Install course, then you will not need to complete this unit as part of this course. The price of the course will be reduced.
A copy of your Statement of Attainment (certificate) or USI transcript showing that you have completed this unit will need to be provided.
