This meets the training component of the Solar Accreditation Australia (SAA) requirements for grid-connected solar and battery accreditation.

Course Outline

Training Gate's Grid Connected Solar and Battery Systems Install course consists of two main components, Theory and Practical.

The theory is designed for busy electricians and electrical contractors who do not have the time to attend lengthy face-to-face courses.

The practical assessments are completed either on the job or in one of our classroom session.

This course comprises the following nationally accredited units of competencies:

  • UEERE0054 Conduct site survey for grid-connected photovoltaic and battery storage systems.
  • UEERE0077 Install battery storage equipment power conversion equipment to grid.
  • UEERE0078 Install battery storage to power conversion equipment.
  • UEERE0080 Install photovoltaic power conversion equipment to grid.
  • UEERE0081 Install photovoltaic systems to power conversion equipment .

Requirements / Prerequisites

To enrol in this course, you MUST be a licensed electrician.
